At least you can google him and find his picture - Can't say that for Nathan Rogers, Jason Wong, or John Sparrow - hehe

It's what they do, and they seem to have a cookie cutter formula that they keep using: reverse merger with a shell, register in Delaware, insert their own IR person, use SAT at TA, 1-1000 reverse split right after listing, etc
