if the company did get a letter..then why didn't the company provide the shareholders with a copy of that letter?---if i were to :

On May 11th, 2007, an unsolicited letter was sent to the President, Directors and shareholders of GameZnFlix (Ticker Symbol: GZFX) expressing to a desire by SuperVision for GZFX to become a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperVision either through a negotiated process or, failing that through a possible "hostile takeover."

i would send a letter exclusively to the man in charge to start any negotiation---what would be BS..would be to publish the letter to the shareholders at the same time...that would kill any negotiation to become a subsidiary...and force issue with the hostile takeover--it's one thing to sling a bit of mud...it's another thing to kick me when i am down---john fleming has the responsibility to provide that letter to the shareholders if it was addressed as such--so if we take this as a given.....why did the company not publish this letter to those that hold???--that is my question
