Question for you all...

Based on the whole .18 for .02 deal that it seems we may be getting...If our price goes up some and then back down before the deal should I not sell knowing that I will be getting the dividends no matter the current pps? Or, is there like a cut-off date for owning this and after that date it wouldn't matter if I sold because I would still be getting the .18? Hope that makes sense, I'm not even exactly sure my question makes sense to me. I'm making it obvious I'm new to the game I guess.
