Come On Down, hweb...

With all due respect to The Price is Right, my contest winner will be the closest guess over or under; ties will split the pot.

I'm curious to find out how close the average of all our guesses comes to the actual winners % return. It would be further evidence of a crowd's ability to predict the outcome of events which are (mostly) unpredictable by an individual.

When it comes to P/Es, 7 is the new 14...
