Look! $185mm divided by .55/sh = 336.36mm shs of which about 60%+ is restricted (I assume in the hands of the BOD and a few others) the rest is the float. This was as of the announced deal acceptance. I think they all went off to party for a while..who knows. A decent PR would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath.
