The 15% rule is not relevant except for TRADES. It has nothing to do with intial picks. If someone picked CKGT Friday afternoon, then they were smart and shouldn't be penalized.

Also, the whole ASK thing is unworkable IMO.

What MIGHT be a possibility - and it is something I'm willing to bat around during PSL6 - would be to consider a two week moritorium for trades or freezes - the same as is presently true for double downs. That would seriously help prevent capitalizing on a quick bump and then freezing one's pick(s).

Other than that, I think the 300K number is a reasonable number. I have looked at several hundred stocks now based on their dollar volume over the past 3 months. A stock that has 300K+ is definitely in a different category (even though it is still small) than stocks that are well below it.
