Wayne I understand your frustration and don't blame you either. Fact is, these issues should start being addressed now based on the Jan. 9th PR. Consumers complain and Moroch is supposed to be gaining insight which would allow for such improvements. All we are doing here, on this board where general discussion, commentary, observation etc., is supposed to take place is just that. Speculating. That is both positive and negative (pro and con). That's what blogs and message boards are supposed to do. No one here is on any board of directors and nothing posted here will control this stock or the company. Sure we can contact the company and complain, but JF has already expressed his sentiment for American investors. Would it really help?
