I don't get why they would even have a backorder, customer service has to be the best if they are going to make it. Why wouldn't they just go buy the dam thing/process it and send it out. They could always sell it later at a discount. If their model does work (which I think it can) this should be an easy issue to resolve. Everyone in this company should be working to get subs, pay based on subs brought in etc.
