Zeev (or anyone inclined), an OB/OS fill question.

(Zeev, my apologies for directing this at you - I realize you field many questions in a day. I'd be happy if you or someone else addressed this after the bell. TIA.)

I had 3 OBs hit or passed this morning, yet got no fill on the 2 that were hit and only a small partial fill on the one passed, as follow:

INGN - my bid 8.05, LOD 8.05, no fill

BRKR - my bid 4.44, LOD 4.44, no fill

TSYS - my bid 4.40, LOD 4.36, small partial fill at 4.40

In each case, my bid was in before the opening bell. In the case of BRKR, my bid was a GTC at least 6 weeks old, so I had to be at the front of the line. In the case of INGN, of course, I realize was probably just in line.

But these all concern me. I have called brokers in the past on this stuff and received the answer that the sale I saw was a market maker buy/sale and there had been "no bids" at my price, so I was just on the wrong side of the spread.

Is this likely? Appropriate? Yes, these are small, thinly traded stocks. (btw, 3 different brokers on the above bids: TruTrade on INGN, JBOxford on BRKR and Fido on TSYS - TSYS particularly annoying because stock ran up 10% today and a nice daytrade has turned into a few pennies).

Thanks in advance for any insight into this issue.
