Argyll, lmcat, from what I've been reading, they will often times tell you 3-4 weeks but then after 5 weeks when you call them asking where your shares are they'll be like "We are still working on getting them for you."

The 3-4 weeks is a "canned response" the customer service people tell everyone. It won't be until that 3-4 weeks is up and you have your shares in hand or you call to find out what is taking so long that you'll know for sure.
