A few caveats;

Be aware that stock will be out of action during the request time and while you hold it. You might want to make copies and just send the certs back, unless you're comfortable holding it.

Although the best laid plans can go agley, Hemi will probably be on a bigger board in six months or less with several dozen new wells operating. The resource is there -- it's largely a matter of time.

Regarding the certificates, prior to making the formal request, I suggest asking the brokerage to check with their clearing firm how long it would take to get HMGP certificates.


My firm reiterated over the phone they can't send them to me and they say they have drafted a letter which is being reviewed in their compliance department.
