Just imagine if they could get a contract with the largest beverage distributor in the world... for national distribution in the entire US... in multiple channels from gas stations to Wal-Mart... then all shareholders would be rich, rich, rich! Oh wait... they've already had that for over a year already and it's gone no where...
Let's see... declining revenues, product not selling, mountain of debt, almost our of cash, fired 2/3 of employees, defaulted on debt, continued operations questionable, total management change, seeking angel investors, zillions of shares O/S... what was the appealing part again? Oh that's right... a new "regional" distribution agreement in the North East... LOL
