Here is another thing that has got me confused - what was Richard thinking signing all these deals in the last 2 years that were for the most part cash flow negative - when they were already running into major trouble with financing. I just does not make sense. Did Richard think that the market would realize the value of these deals and therefore the stock price should have been much higher??? Whatever the thought process was - it sure as heck hasn't worked.
