I would assume that the Cornice player OEM to be announced before or during CES will be Digitalway?

We have also reached a separate agreement in principal with an existing OEM partner on a cornice based version of our personal audio platform. Their eDigital powered branded product is scheduled to be unveiled at the upcoming CES .

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
