The $4000. per quarter has not changed, but look at the stock portion of the quarterly payment.
At the time of the license, the shares were in the 4 to 6 cent range, so 50,000 shares equaled between two and three thousand dollars. Today, post split, they equal 2500 shares and less than eighteen bucks.
The net sales royalties have gone from two to three hundred bucks per $10K in net sales to a buck seventy-five. I bet he's happy he took his fee in shares instead of cash. (sarcasm).
