Who says they are going to read your rantings? If you want to complain to them so they read it then I suggest you email them directly. Keep it civil. I am sure you will get a response from them. Greater chance for a response/follow up by PNMS through email than by posting on this site.

Sure they read the boards, but that does not mean they read all the individual posts.

I have emailed Pedro and have gotten a response. I have emailed IR and have gotten responses. I wish I could have gone to meet with MT whilst he was in Dallas but I lost out on tht one.

What I dont understand is why so many are so afraid to open up their emails, pick up a phone or do the simple things to contact companies. Rather they cry about them on sites the company MAY read every few days.

If you want to get a response, answers or insight to your questions or concerns then by god contact the company. They will respond.
