3. O/S may or may not have been increased but even if it was it wasn't by much judging by shares traded each day.
4. Any increase in O/S was probably for payment and those shares are more than likely restricted. Watson has never wavered when asked if he sold more shares into market, he always said NO! That doesn't mean the O/S didn't change though, which is why the numbers haven't been released, plus merger is in process!
