Designed Altobaric Technology is now in default on the Nevada SOS website. Deep Blue Inc. is on the threshold list, so somebody is actually shorting at .003.
It appears that Deep Blue Inc. was a get rich quick scheme by the "gang" off of Michael Harris's technology. This actually should not have been a surprise to me since I have investigated the Harris patent and the Guthrie patent so much.
The Guthrie patent, in my opinion has a very low-tech/high level view of the hyperbaric treatment dealing with the hyperbaric chamber unit itself and the computer controls of the treatment along with some other basic claims. The Harris patent goes into great detail on the membrane effect on the actual cell through hyperbaric treatment in a high nitrogen environment. Guthrie has a non-final rejection and the Harris patent is ready for examination, also his new patent attorney is Rodney Sparks a PhD patent counsel for biotech at the University of Virginia.
Rumor has it that the potential investors in Deep Blue have moved on and contacted Michael Harris, as well as a name from the past of Deep Blue, Dr. Leonard Makowka who rumor has it was not to happy with Deep Blue on posting his name and comments on their website.
So where does that leave us? Well more and more of my research is leading me to believe that some people who were involved with M.F. Harris research possibly including Matt Johnson (former classmate of Michael Harris) Charlie Hill, Kevin Kendrick, Stephen Guthrie, Butch Horsley or his daughter Geren (http://www.myspace.com/50386875) Nancy Ferguson, and Jeffrey Seto decided that they could bring this stuff to market without Harris. How on the great green earth they thought they could do this without Harris fighting back is beyond me. Rumor has it that Nancy Ferguson and Jeffrey Seto were classmates and it is funny how Seto dropped Harris like a rock in 2005 and suddenly picked up the Guthrie patent. I thought it was because possibly that Harris had took some prior art from Guthrie, but now it is looking like the shoe was on the other foot.
Remember, it was over 4 years ago that Harris presented to the presidents council on AIDS(http://www.pacha.gov/meetings/minutes/m0103.html) and Deep Blue did not come into any existence before 2005. Guthrie contacted Harris during this time when Guthrie worked at Nassau University Medical Center asking to be a part of the study. That doesn't sound like someone who should be defending their invention, that sounds like someone trying to get in on the action. I dropped the ball on researching more into Harris and Nitraids Inc.

Do your own DD this could all be BS, I challenge Johnson, Guthrie, Young, Kendrick, Ferguson, or Seto to post to this board and prove me wrong, but alas I don't see that happening. I think once the patent was rejected the company was shut down. YMMV.......
