I don't believe i have said anything really that is a huge assumption; especially given the post you quoted. I would say that your questions to me are bigger assumptions...

I have called the company, and to be honest, haven't learned much of anything other than what has been posted here. I have tried JP in the past, and received no response. As it stands now, I do not believe anything to be official unless it comes with either:
1) JP's/CKYS's lawyers stamp
2) US DOJ stamp.

BTW- Based off your previous PM's and this post, i think it fair to say that you are... targeting.. the wrong person. I would love to see the truth come out; that is all i ever wanted. I would love to see the compnay survive and turn into something. And i would like the see all the investors here actually have a chance.
