Ok, so here's what's cooking right now on the Drago class action suit from the pacer docs.

Drago's attorney filed a motion today for the judge to grant a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT to them

Looks like on Friday the defendants attorneys Mr. Markle and Mr. Lerner filed for a "reconsideration" with the court to grant them additional time to file a response.


So what will the judge do??

Will she grant the DEFAULT judgement??
Will she grant the defendants motion for an extension to file (AFTER she had previously ruled that there would be NO MORE EXTENSIONS)???

So much for the it is not the correct name theory, looks like the defendants desperately want to be able to answer the suit now. Gee, wonder what changed their minds?

The better question is, "is it too little too late?"
