Cayman is expensive -- all of the time -- but especially this time of year. The best deals are usually in October.

Several airlines fly there. When are you planning on going and how long are you planning on staying? Have you been there before?

As much as I like it, if you do not dive, it is not really worth going. It would be like going to a ski resort and not skiing.

They do have scooter rentals, but I do not know what the ages/requirements are. We have always rented a car or taken a taxi.
