I went through this about a month ago and waffled on the A-Team/Yahoo board. This isn't emotionally based this time. This is based on fact about what I've been able to dig up about rules.

Perhaps Siam doesn't feel the need to play by the rules, YET, but if they want to be BIG boys and trade in open markets, they have to play by the rules eventually; if there is a Siam.
