I hate to say this in the light that I have tried every conceivable avenue to remain positive and give Alex the benefit of the doubt, BUT, if he dumped his 68 millions shares starting at $0.18 down to $.12, that's an average of $0.15 and roughly $10 million. That kind of money goes a long way in China; a LONG way.
Why he would keep his cell if he scammed us is beyond me, but I am starting to question this whole thing and looking "at the other side" now. All those PR's could've been a rouse to "buy time;" Time to pack, say goodbye to this side of the world and make his getaway.
Why AST&T? Why the subltle mods to the website? Why all of the little things that we keep uncovering that we want to add to the ONE big thing? Is he still stringing us along so that we don't report him? Is he still not completely gotten away? Or, as jersey put it, did the deal fall through and he is looking for other avenues?
I don't know, BUT, I have made one last attempt to email him. I have been very pointed as I was with Mr. Sung that got the "unprofessional" response we all laughed at. I have given him one more day to give us something, then I will start filing complaints to every orgainization I can think of; SEC, NASD, FBI, DHS and Interpol.
Coersion can work if you feel you have been backed into a corner. All "they" have to do is PR something, but, IMO, it better be a damn good "something" PR 8-K style; or a HUGE apology for failing to close and a contingency plan. Anything else is BS!!!!
I am now pissed, Alex. You get no "Dr" from me until you come forward and clear the air. Enough is enough! Time to come clean.
