MDA - Market Direction Analysis

my short term bias remains to the downside so i look for all to come down. its just hard to get crazy short when the spx,dow,nya are hitting new highs and techs are going lower. so i hedge my way thru the week tilting the balance of power in favor based on my interpretaion of the following days direction.

should the markets make an advance of a few weeks duration then i would definitely expect tech to outperform again in percentage terms
