camper, you need to keep in mind that many of us that arre challenging the suit are doing so to protect ourselves from being sued for Securities Fraud! I know it feels good to sit back and think that BCIT/Megas filed that suit in our best interests, but I simply cannot believe that and cannot stand for anything but to be dismissed WITHOUT prejudice.

I am a shareholder and would love to see this trade again, but not at my expense. The letter letting us know they will drop all charges if we surrender our shares was the last straw for me. That is when I decided to protect myself at all costs first, then see what happens with trading after that.
