AJ posted it in response to my post: NYSE went from 425 new highs to 187 new highs, Nasdaq from 160 to 82. New lows stayed about the same, as I recall, maybe crept up slightly.

The post in response to yours about sector rotation was a good one, although I can't believe the likes of CAT and UTX will run forever either.
