Walter said in the last conference call that he could have the data out in the last 2 weeks of december

He was told by funds that he should hold off the data until january because if he has good data you wouldn't want to release it when everyone is away. So he is unblinding the data over new years weekend. this was a major blunder and I believe he fell into the funds trap.

they sold the stock at 5 and bought the september options..

The stock was 5, if it fails it goes to 1 they lose 4 points. but buying the option they only lost the dollar it cost them and they still got the move up if the trial works.

I believe Walter is smart but he made a big boo boo.



I have actually sold most of my position and intend buy the options.
