I do know new highs did plunge on the Nasdaq, by 160 to 82:

That's a triple bottom, and I don't even do those in new highs.

I think it could get to 74 before reversing up. 64 is a triple bottom also if it is tagged, which would bring up something below 64. 74 would be a double bottom.
