Very well said. The real test of making money in the stock market is discovering the hiden gems early, before the overall market does. That too, however, is when mistakes can be more easily made. Over the years, I have done very well plaaaying the pennies and other low priced stock. I attribute this to my willingness to see the downside. The thing is that once the money is lost, one has to start where one left of. It is my willingness to let go early what has kept me from ever having had a big loss. It's true alsoo that I leeft a lot of money on the table on three occasions that I can recollect, but I would not have haad the chance to leave money on the table had I lost my shirt earlier on something else. Looking at it from another prespective: as long as my natural pessimism doesn't make me sell, the bulls here have little to worry about.
