Zoran, you are now seeing the light at the end of tunnel. The supposed good news is a big PR bark with no revenue/profit bite, much like most of the others.
They need significant numbers posted with substantial profit margins to make a difference. Even posting a large project now would take months and months to process the work. To have made a material difference over the next two quarters, they would have needed to have locked up these large contracts 3-6 months ago, which has not happened.
Add Cornell to the mix and the stock won't move much.
