If it's not traders taking a triple then IMO it is dilution. But dilution doesn't make sense and I truly hope that PA IS DONE WITH EQUITY financing.

I think it is traders that got in under .01 and are getting out on news. If they have multimillion share positions, a day like today is the only time they can get out easily and maintain a decent bid.
