idcc2006, the court hasnt started hearing it yet, it is only a filed complaint at this time, the plaintiffs lawyer, by signing off on it, is, as a officer of the court, certifying that it is a valid complaint, that doesnt mean that it actually is, and it doesnt mean that the judge may think differently once they start looking at the pleadings.
