Kenco, you seem to be fairly well informed to me, a little skeptical which is good, so lemme run this past ya?


Its obvious that an OK State court is not going to have much jurisdiction over a security authorized in another state, they can only effect the sale and soliciting of it within their borders, I would guess that he is hoping that somebody gets the case

i'm offering speculation, not to be confused with speckelation, which is what my dog does to the carpet when he's done drinking from his water dish....

this has been the proper venue for discovey... limited discovery but discovery nonetheless... it's a relatively inexpensive way to get affadavits from all the "inncoent" shareholders so they can be eliminated... all the troublemakers "innocent" or not will get put in one pile, and the people who answered and demonstrated where they got their shares will be put in the other pile...

i expect this will go to federal court next... and the now proven innocent shareholders will be spared that "federal case" we really don't want to be part of...
