And in June 1999, all of the Special Preferred A's in the "trust" were converted to commons BECAUSE:

"in order to reduce the voting control attendant to the Class A Special Preferred Stock, the Company negotiated the redemption of the remaining 6,187,500 outstanding shares of Class A Special Preferred Stock."

PLUS - that paragraph in the PR refers all the way back to 1999 - meaning (IMO) that nothing has happened since that time to increase Yucatan's ownership stake. That's all they own, much less than many people on this board claim to have.
