IMO, It's a pass around from CO to CO. Stocks back and forth, 1 CO loans to another, etc. It is a way to bring multiple trading venues to the penny market and be able to "play" several simultaneously. Techlabs has tanked twice since it's inception and has left 2 sets of bagholders -- this iteration is in essence their 3rd rebirth. BHUB has tanked once and has left a set of bagholders. All things point to this being a circle of folks that use the penny stocks to fund themselves and their "circle of trust."
