I wonder how many will fall victim to the blackmail attempt Bancorp's lawyer put out? You have to admit the pseudo court order looks pretty authentic. IMHO, no Judge in the world, no matter what jurisdiction, will invalidate shares bought from a national broker. I also believe that no legal shareholder is going to have to pay any court fees or costs. On the contrary, Bancorp should be made to pay for us fighting this frivilous lawsuit. JMO FWIW
