Am I understanding this right?

TUBR paid for Socialnet with 58,000,000 shares plus covering $300,000 in liabilities (total of $575,000)?

So, this seller now has around $150,000,000 worth of TUBR stock?

I'm missing something, aren't I?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
