Now Max - let's give Curber then benefit of answering. In our discussions, Curber has always demonstrated intimate knowledge of NITE's investment in TELA. He knows all the details, but it's a very complicated issue. I just want to go over the confusing parts one by one until I am satisfied I understand. Trying to understand it all at once got me nowhere.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
