Being a statistician, Len, I was surprised that you didn't consider that these underfollowed, rarely-traded, obscure stocks that I specialize in are underpriced precisely because they don't trade enough. Until the value investor flashlight shines in their direction, of course they'll remain in the dark and rarely traded. So what...those that buy the lowest will be rewarded the most. That doesn't seem like something that should be legislated out of PSLs.
