Thanks for posting that Top. However, not to rain on any parade here, but that article (not really news, but a repeat of it) is grossly misleading and a possible violation of law. Why? The headline is very misleading, as is the first sentence. WRNW signed a LOI. They did NOT "buy" this company as the headline and first line reads.

I am not saying WRNW had anything to do with it and most likely, it is just a dumb reporter and editor of that website who doesn't know what a LOI is. They did mention it in the body, but it's a very unprofessional write up imo.

Unless they know something we don't yet, lol.
