I like the fact that it's nice and clean. They said " a net profit in cash of $ 200,000" What’s the difference if they paid $1.00 or $500,000 the end result is the same a $200k profit! I think they hid the expenses as they paid lawyers for a defense fund, then they paid another legal team to settle a hostile shareholder, the bashers would have had a party if they released it any other way. It was very smooth and smart on EFGO part.
