OK. Let me see if I understand this: If one signs, they give up their shares, then the lawsuit is dropped against them???

Then since they don't have any more shares, their Ameritrade (or Scottrade or Etrade) account will show 0 shares in BCIT?? Then they no longer have a claim to anything and completely let their brokers off the hook????

It doesn't sound like a very good deal to me unless I'm missing something. It sounds more like shooting yourself in a perfectly good foot.
