IMO, BKMP would get its share of the sale. That would be reflected in share price. Whether the cash would be divied up to the shareholders (or part of it, as a dividend) or if the cash is used to buy/create/invest in a different company is uncertain. However, you should be able to get your cash by selling your shares after an announced agreement and price.
BTW, it is also possible that BKMP would get shares of the buyout company... all depends on the agreement.
