BRST seems to be in the midst of a nice run, presumably in anticipation of a MSFT settlement.

MSFT was thoughtful enough to allow discovery of the fact that the boys from Redmond had destroyed a large quantity of e-mail evidence, which seems to be an optimistic sign for BRST.
