You're talking about separate agencies. Pinksheets.com has nothing to do with controlling naked shorting or FTD's. That is the SEC's jurisdiction and they have proven to do an absolutely horrible job at regulating this problem. Their feeble attempt by creating Reg SHO was totally pathetic and did not work. IMO the SEC needs to be stripped to the bone, have all new people brought in, and revamp their entire agency. They are far too corrupt to ever expect any kind of relief as things currently exist.
