Well, here is what I think has happened. This is pure conjecture based on the Walmart crystal ball, which is not as good as the Target crystal ball, but it is cheaper.
I think that when Cavasin got to Asia, he was informed that Siam pulled out of the deal. He realized that he could not do the MN1 interview and tell everyone that the "big" deal had fallen through. At that point, he changed his itinerary, stayed on in Asia to find another financial backer, and has remained silent through the whole period. There is nothing he could possibly say that would be viewed as positive, so he says nothing.
My reading of L2 and the trading for about a month is that someone has been buying millions of shares through SBSH on bid. I had thought it was Siam, but I now think it must be someone else. So, ACMG longs might be just fine, but I am betting that the deal we read about in March (with divvy and all those details) is dead. Until these deals close, they only exist in a PR.
