You have asked me to explain what changes I like at NeoMedia;
They are getting their financials in order (proof please)
They have and are unwinding the subs (some yes..others NO)
They have new management coming in (they do? who is this?)
Martin Copus is gone (he left)
Chuck Jensen is gone (he left)
Board seems to be open for new blood (who is this NEW blood?)
The industry is emerging quickly (is NEOM also?)
NeoMedia is defending their patents vigorously against ScanBuy (as they should)
NeoMedia appears to be taking the patent case against ScanBuy to an ultimate decision in the courts (I think this is critical to finally show 'legally' the power, value and strength of the patents)
A new CEO will be coming in (one I hope is strategically aligned in the mobile industry)---(NO PROOF of that whatsoever)
By the way, none of this is inside information.
I could go on...(please do because you havent made much of a case)

You also make reference to the fact that Nokia Ventures is selling 5-million shares. I agree it would be nice if they were keeping them or buying more, but just because they are selling doesn't mean they believe the technology is failing or they don't believe in NeoMedia's patents. As an example, I believe the IHUB poster 'SONOFGODZILLA' recently said he had to sell all of his shares. Do you think he bailed because he thinks the patents are going to fail, or NeoMedia is going down the tubes? No. He is one of the strongest supporters of NeoMedia, and the fact is he needed to sell due to financial issues. Maybe Nokia Ventures has reasons that you have no clue about that are driving their investment decisions to sell.
The fact is you don't know. So please, keep the 'glass is half empty' speculation to your self, or at least do some DD. Why don't you call them and ask them why they sold. Maybe you'll learn something.

Give it a rest..we are talking NOKIA VENTURES!!!! They dont need this chump change. This gives the appearance that they dont see a future with NEOM/Qode. Very simple to see.
As for your comments on SOG. Not even a good comparison. By the way, SOG feels the same way I do about management. :)
