Aurus Raises $10 Million Through Bond Issue ??!!

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--May 3, 2007 -- Aurus Corp. (Other OTC:AURC.PK - News) announces that it entered into an Agreement with Legacé and Legault International Inc., a Montreal-based firm specializing in the financing of companies through the issue of equity bonds. The bonds, which shall be guaranteed by corporate assets, shall raise the sum of $10 million over the course of the next 3-4 months. The maturity date for reimbursement is set for year 2022.
Mr. Dovgan, president, adds, "The bonds shall complement the funds presently being disbursed by the Kyoto private equity fund. The advantage is that the funds raised by the issue of these bonds shall not dilute the Company stock."
