What part of Well Renewal is hard to understand? Sure, they may anticipate drilling, but renewal is a whole 'nother thing, FWIW, and wells that have already been drilled do not require additional permits to simply 'renew'.

Besides, perhaps WRNW is too busy lining their ducks up in a row, to even start that phase of operations just yet.
