Flix I agree, but unfortunately expressing my opinion here about the arguement in a creative way is considered off topic and being deleted. I'd much rather be seeing discussion about the effect that the completion of the 504 may have on the stock price, than what is going on with the letter issue. To me the letter issue is a non issue until it is ever made public by the proper channels.
